HOME SCREEN
The home screen provides a quick at-a-glance overview of the restaurant’s status. It gives you current stats on the number of tables and guests currently seated as well as the number of parties and guests served during the day.
It also makes monitoring your current staffing levels, wait list status, and reservations a breeze.
HOST SCREEN
The host screen is a one stop shop for your hosting staff with all the necessary information face-up.
The tables list provides status information, server assignments, party names, and size. The table name is color coded to provide quick recognition of available tables. Changes to party, status, or assigned server are quick and easy to change.

Stats at the top provide up-to-the-minute information on the number of tables seated and available.
HOST SCREEN
Table name and capacity can be changed directly from the tables list using the edit icon, tables can be easily added or removed using the add and delete icons.
HOST SCREEN
Reservation and wait list information is readily at-hand. Parties can be easily added or removed from the reservation and wait lists, the time each party has checked in is easily found by hovering over the information icon. When ready each party can be moved to the selected table with one click of the move icon.
SERVER SCREEN
Servers can view all the tables assigned to them on the server screen, quickly see which tables are seated and empty, how many tables and guests are currently assigned to them and how many tables and seats are currently available.
The allergy check lets your staff quickly check menu items for specific allergens.

Staff can then place the order for each seat and make notes for any customizations. The allergy check is also available here for quick reference.
When the order is ready the status is changed to “Order Placed” and is then viewable by kitchen staff to prepare.

At the end of the meal serving staff can quickly view the table total for entry into POS systems.

When the party has paid and left the remove button makes the table ready for the next party.
KITCHEN SCREEN
Kitchen staff can easily see placed orders. When the order is finished the order can is placed in ready status for servers to deliver to the table.
MENU SCREEN
Your menu can be easily managed from the menu screen. Add/edit/remove items, change prices and indicate common allergens included in items.
STAFF SCREEN
The staff screen provides a single location to add/edit/remove staff as well as status information for all staff. When staff arrive to work they can place themselves into a “working” status to make them available in the app.
REPORTS SCREEN
The report screen lets you select a date range and view the items sold during that time frame.
