We launched Power Platypus IT from our passion to help small businesses make the most of the tools for which they are already paying. We believe most small businesses already have all they need to implement IT solutions that will help them improve customer service, increase operating efficiency, and provide actionable data to decision makers.
This passion for IT was born out of our experiences living in a family centered around small businesses. We grew up working on our family farm and in various small businesses and non-profit organizations in our community. Through these experiences we began to see the opportunities that IT can provide and helped create solutions for local retail, event service providers, small non-profits, and more. Our staff has gone on to work and develop solutions for large enterprises, but our passion for small business remains.
When you work with Power Platypus IT you’ll work with a US based team holding Microsoft Certifications. We have extensive experience in small business and enterprise IT. We also have an on-staff MBA, ensuring we have your business needs in focus while we create a solution for your small business.
SETH DUNN
Seth has 14+ years experience working in IT, he holds Microsoft Certifications and graduated with his MBA in 2019. Seth has created apps and automations for large businesses and has experience developing IT solutions for small businesses. He has a passion for helping businesses create more efficient workflows and generate the data they need to make smart decisions.
KENZIE DUNN-MORRIS
Kenzie is an Administrative Professional who has worked with small businesses and non-profits. She has experience in creating and maintaining internal processes, is a reliable communicator, and manages her projects closely. Power Platypus IT builds custom business apps and automations for small businesses. We can develop custom software solutions at a price far less than traditional development. This is done primarily by leveraging the tools most small businesses are already paying for in Office 365.
