Questions we hear often
Do we need to buy new Microsoft licenses?
Often not. Standard Power Apps and Power Automate features come with most Microsoft 365 business plans. Premium connectors, Dataverse, Power BI sharing, and Copilot Studio can require extra licenses. We list every license your project needs, with monthly costs, before we start.
How is this different from buying off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf tools make you change your process to fit the product. We build around the way you already work, and connect it to the tools you keep. If an off-the-shelf product fits better, we will tell you.
How long does a first project take, and what does it cost?
Most first projects are one process and one app or flow. We give a fixed quote or clear estimate after the process review.
Who owns the app, and what if we stop working with you?
You do. It lives in your Microsoft 365 tenant, not ours, and we document it. You can hire us for changes, do them yourself, or take it elsewhere.
Is our data safe?
Everything is built inside your own Microsoft environment and follows the permissions you already have set up. Users only see what their account is allowed to see. We do not copy your data to systems of ours.
